prior to the meeting date to allow for accommodations to be made.
As a limited public forum and pursuant to Board policy, persons wishing to address the Board during the public
comment times must speak to the whole Board regarding school issues. Each individual is limited to five minutes
during each section, however, the policy limits overall comments on each subject to fifteen minutes per section.
